Normal enemies take 1/4th of their current Hit Points damage from Crushing Blow. Bosses and Super Unique enemies take 1/8th of their current Hit Points damage from Crushing Blow.Holy Freeze does not add Cold Damage on attacks because all of these enemies are Immune to Cold, even after Infinity's Conviction. It's BM, but so is cheating, and thus I have no qualms against beating cheats with legit skill and real items. I pull out this mercenary to kill off TMC Hammerdins and players that cheat.

What's the optimal gear setup for an Act 2 Holy Freeze mercenary using Infinity? Infinity and Holy Freeze are requirements because the mercenary's #1 focus is for BM PvP. I have a PvP Blizzard Sorceress that I use and I want to try a little theory-crafting and optimization for her hireling. I've been playing D2 again a bit recently, and after coming back from Diablo 3, I realized that players don't really do as much optimizing as they do in D3.
